While until now we only controlled two composition parameters to guarantee the quality of our aloe juice, we are now increasing the analytical controls by fivefold, increasing the number of physical and chemical parameters analyzed to 10. These parameters are specific to the aloe plant, measurable, and scientifically demonstrable. These parameters can be positive, such as those that quantify its functionality and freshness, or negative, such as those that indicate improper production or adulteration.

El áloe vera tiene efecto regenerante para todo nuestro organismo, debido principalmente a dos familias de componentes: elementos nutritivos y polisacáridos.
 
La materia prima utilizada para Aloe Verum proviene de cultivos exclusivos de Aloe (Andalucía) y es trasladada a la biofactoría en 24 horas, donde es sometida a un riguroso proceso productivo, que va desde la decorticación  y extracción manual del gel interno de las hojas, hasta la presión del mismo en frío, lo que elimina el proceso de pasteurización, y garantiza la conservación de sus principios activos. Sin edulcorantes, colorantes o aromas añadidos.
 
Aloe verum Premium no está filtrado (mantiene la pulpa de la planta fresca) y contiene la cantidad adecuada de aloína, dentro de los límites legales, para favorecer su acción detoxificante y depurativa.
 
Cada botella de AV Premium va numerada y con indicación de la cosecha (estación y añada).
 
Debido a la ausencia de colorantes y saborizantes, el consumidor puede observar pequeñas variaciones de sabor relacionadas con las diferentes épocas de recolección. AV Premium experimenta un proceso de maduración en la botella, por lo que su sabor evoluciona suavemente con el tiempo.
