The fig helps maintain intestinal health and mana contributes to the regularity of intestinal transit. Indications of use

- Children from 3 to 5 years old: Take 20 ml in the morning or at night.

- Children from 6 to 12 years old: Take 30 ml in the morning or at night.

-Adults: Take as needed 30 to 60 ml daily.

You should also ensure during the day the abundant intake of liquid (water or herbal infusions).

Do not drink directly from the bottle and use the measuring cup. Shake the bottle before using it.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
